Everyone: We have a new thread to for Mogul SERO discussion: http://www.ppcgeeks.com/viewtopic,p,55279.html
Tech: I haven't tried MemMaid yet, however, I assume it works as SK Tool does work on WM6. rvashi: I billed it to my account and I already have my device. Have you spoken to the Order Verification department? They may be holding it. Also, retentions is short for the department you get transfered to when you tell them you are going to cancel your account. They will try to give discounts, perks, etc. to keep you. Some people abuse the system, others just try to get a discount because they've been with Sprint for so long, etc. by calling them and getting discounts. To get ahold of them, just call Sprint and tell robot Claire you want to cancel your account. Hope this answers the latest questions...

Retentions is the cancellation department. If u call Sprint and ask to cancel your service or ask for the rentention department they will transfer to someone who can actually help u. If u threatin to cancel your service they will offer you a large discount on any phone that you want. I've done it twice it works. But have a good excuse when you say u want to cancel. Example would be to do research on a T-mobile or Verizonb phone that has a good deal on it. They get paid more to keep you as a customer than to let u cancel and pay the $250 cancellation fee. |

Plus, the rep from the activations line actually had a good walkthrough in front of her because she guided me step by step with no issues and I was the first Mogul she activated. |

As indicated above it would seem that many hit retentions heavily for deals and may be abusing it. Myself? I feel justified in going this route as I had good reason to speak with them. And I didnt have to create any elaborate story Back on topic...I have my 6800!!!!! Activated and charging now. Fantastic little device.
