Lets see, what is it today...the 20th and I ordered my phone on the night of the 17th at 12:21am and the it still says order is in progress. I don't even know what to do anymore...........ughhh. Here goes another day with Sprint's customer care.

Hey I wanted to ask you guys who already got your phone...Did you pay with a credit card or did you get it billed to your account??

Because I think that's whats messing up my order...that I got it billed to my account.

I haven't got mine yet but I got mine charged to the credit card. ordered it 2 p.m central time June 18th

Yeah, I ordered mine on 6/18 at 12:21am and still no luck. They told me that its being billed in the Nextel system and it is a Sprint product so that's where the delay is coming from. We'll see what happens...I called this morning and they told me that it is in activations and it should ship today. But then again...that's what they said yesterday too. hmmm

I ordered mine monday about 2pm, i called last night and this morning, and was told by both reps that they are backordered and out of stock. Next shipment is June 22nd. Only if it didnt take them 6hrs to understand how to put an order in thier system...

I ordered mine on Monday at 9:51 am and received it the next day, Tuesday, at 12:20pm.

Im loving it so far. My only hangup is that the slide that opens in the opposite direction...its really hard to get used to.

I had one problem getting SPB Phone Suite to work properly, it wouldnt display the incoming caller ID with incoming calls, which meant I couldnt use the call filtering. Luckily I was able to fix it be installing the updated 1.1 version which was just released either today or yesterday. This fixed the problem.

Order via phone (retentions) on 6/18 at 5:15pm Central Time, had a tracking number the next morning at 8:30. UPS shows it out for delivery this morning. Happy day!

Really sad how they handled the early web orders...sorry guys.

you guys are lucky, as an employee when we order through our advantage club, it takes them about a week (3-5 business days) to process the order, then they ship it out with one day shipping.
