Diamonds on eBay

I got my Diamond for $175 (this includes the Microsoft live cashback discount using buy ii now with paypal) from Wireless2Koi. The phone arrived in a couple of days and I activated it online, no problem. I just received my Sprint bill and there were no extra charges at all, just my regular bill.

Well, I just got my money back from paypal on my dmilton auction. He did not even respond when paypal sent him my complaint.

Sorry if I didn't follow your situation but did you receive your phone? or did you get charged a fee by sprint afterwards? I know for certain I bought into one of these scams and got my phone through Sprint or Asurion, but the wife and I are unsure as to what to do? There have been zero charges to her account so far and the phone has been activated for 2 weeks or so, maybe a bit more, hassle free.

I'm just curious as to what to do. I contacted ebay and they weren't of much help, mainly I think cuz the guy sounded confused as to what was going on when I explained the scam. Next I called paypal and was just told to contact the seller. I didn't bother to contact the seller cuz I figure he knows whats up so why would he take the time to fix things.

just got mine of ebay for 274! I got it in two days as well. Just make sure to check their feedback but I am very happy with mine

If it is still under 45 days, you need to file a dispute ASAP to get a refund from paypal. this is a scam and needs to be shut down and shouted from the rooftops.

In my situation, I did not want to get burned by Sprint, Asurion, etc. I did what I thought I had to do. If you wait too long, you are out of luck.

I got my refund today from paypal, and I still have the phone. The phone is still active and Sprint wants nothing to do with it. They say everything is fine on their end. I'm just going to wait and see what happens.

Same here on all counts. Not sure what to do at this point. Have the money in a slush fund just in case.

Same scam. Asurion must me sending out Refurbs as replacements. Stay away.

I was one of the first to buy a Diamond from this a$$ clown. Got my phone in less than a week, activated on Sprint no problem and was never charged a fee from Sprint. Still, this guy is quite a hand job ripping off all those people. I just got lucky I guess.
