Yeh but I'd really like a new one. I'm eligible for an upgrade too but I don't want the contract extension. Somebody has to be selling legit ones. I don't mind paying $300 for a new legit one.

Umm, the COST to a dealer on a Diamond is $475 to $495. You cannot find a new, legitimate Diamond from any dealer for less. (If you do, then it's not legit.)
Your only hope is to find someone who upgraded, didn't use the phone, and now wants to sell it for around the upgrade cost. The phone will still be "used" in the technical sense, because it was activated. But that is still your only way to get a legit Diamond. |
