I did, and he had positive feedback for over a year, with many people buying either Diamonds or similar products, so I felt confident that it would be ok. I didn't realize until after I bought that he was offering 100 Diamonds during this auction. Also, it now it looks like he hasn't fulfilled orders from a previous Diamond auction, as there are negative feedbacks rolling in.

I am so bummed right now.

That's strange. My postman just handed over the package to me. Seems like brand new in box like the seller claimed.

Not like me. I'm battling my seller right now. I've got Asurion, Sprint, and Ebay on my side, but Paypal really could go either way... they really didn't take down the appropriate information before they closed off all questions and started reviewing. My box had a letter threatening the whole $200 charge if I didn't return my replacement phone and blah blah.

I got my phone off of ebay for $220 delivered. Came in about a week, was brand new and had no asurion letter inside. Happy as I can be with the phone, price and seller. No new bills on my account either. And I have insurance on my phone as well.

My account was one of those hacked to get those "clean" phones sent from Asurion via ebay... Showed up on my bill this month.. called Sprint they said I ordered a replacement in November. I denied that pointing out that I was currently using the same phone I bought in September.... they sent me to assurion who did immediately credit my account and take the "replacement" off my record..... so they must be on to the culprits by now.. no hassle getting it taken care of.

Makes me wonder now, several years ago I bought my Treo off ebay..... but it did come from the seller and not assurion...

Good luck to those of you who activated the assurion phones. I know you are innocent but I surely hope nothing comes back on you for using technically stolen merchandise.. That would suck.

Just received my new diamond from ebay yesterday. Great upgrade from the qvga touch. Had to get on the chat with a sprint guy to get it activated, but all is well.

I am not sure what's going on with the insurance, I might just cancel it, because more than likely if I tried to file a claim on this phone they will say no, right? What do you guys think?

I ordered my Sprint HTC Touch Diamond off ebay it was my 1st time ever ordering anything off ebay it was 135.00 Brand new in box clean esn shipped out fast

i bought my diamond from an ebay seller for 300..
it works fine for me b/c my phone was still factory sealed.
