I'm sure there is sort of email for the regional manager. Maybe we can flood him with emails

Re: Puerto Rico Sprint User's Be Aware

i sent a pretty extensive email to tech support earlier exp[laining the issue. This was after being cut off (hung up more likely) from a rep on the phone. And talking to a chat person that was useless.

Re: Puerto Rico Sprint User's Be Aware

Yeah I've been there for like hours without resolving anything.
Does any of you have revA data cards?
And because of this issue my touch pro is getting really hot.

i work on Plaza Escorial Sprint Store, thats the problems whit the diamond and the pro in PR you have to disable the RevA or you will have problems

Re: Puerto Rico Sprint User's Be Aware

We do have evdo revA. I've seen it with data cards. When in revA area the icon for the connection change color. And if you visit evdomaps it will show that we do have revA. I can provide you also sprint links with coverage.

I had a mogul and I flashed it to Alltel rom because it has a revA icon when in revA area. And yes. I had rA icon.
At least data cards have revA.

Re: Puerto Rico Sprint User's Be Aware

I sent an email to engadget so that they investigate the issue since sprint stores here are claiming a supposed recall of the phone

Re: Puerto Rico Sprint User's Be Aware

Well the thing is the Mogul have revA, but the speed I was getting wasn't revA. So I assume there is something wrong with the configuration of the towers here in Puerto Rico.

Re: Puerto Rico Sprint User's Be Aware

yes its a problem with the Rev A configuration in PR's Network. This had been confirmed and just taking the Rev A feature off has got everyones TP and Diamond running. Something will be done for sure.
