Here's a reply I got today after emailing Sprint about the problem and flooding them with calls and chat sessions:

Dear etienne97,

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I will be happy to assist you regarding your Touch Pro.

Thank you for reporting the problems you are having with your Touch Pro not being able to connect to the internet using the Rev A network. Unfortunately there is no estimated resolution at this time for this problem. There seems to be a lot of feedback stating that this is not
working however we do not have any updates on a fix for this problem.

While I am sure that there will be a software hot fix to address this problem they have not released a date or any information as of right now on what they plan to do to address this issue. I have issued a trouble
record to our technicians about this problem so that they can research
what is causing it.

If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to respond to this email.
