Re: Puerto Rico Sprint User's Be Aware

As I understand it they are working on it actively. I know techs that work directly with the tower systems in PR, one of my contacts is the technical director for PR and the other is one of his subordinates who is a field team manager. They both told me that they are more than aware of the issue and are actively working on solving it since the Diamond has been pulled from stores and the Pro has been delayed form local stores pending resolution.

I asked the precise cause and solution to the problem and they aren't allowed to give out any direct information as to why. Apparently Sprint doesn't use their own towers in PR, instead they rent spectrum space on another carrier's towers and they run off of that. I'm not 100% sure about that but one lower level tech let that one slip by. My higher level contacts denied that one though.
