Re: Internet not working? Possible Fixes!!
All the fields in my data are blank as well. Been trying to speak to the tech reps for over 4 hours! They claim its a high volume of provisioning that is causing the lag and also outtage. Frustrating to say the least.
Are they able to provide the username, hex & ha value? I have a Touch pro. |

Re: Internet not working? Possible Fixes!!
Hey All;
Well I have the same problems as all of you I haven't managed to get data on my Touch Pro yet, despite doing the OP suggestions, and "working" with several sprint reps to try and reprovision my data connection. I noticed that the default username and password were completely different from my PPC6700, and managed to get a sprint rep to give me all the info for that u/p... even after setting it as account 1 and filling in everything, I got a error 67. They claim that they are having a provisioning back log, and that they cannot guarantee as to when it will finally be resolved. The last representative said that it was on the network end and not the device, but I feel like it is all because the representative at the Sprint Store F**ked up my phone because he powered it on before changing the ESN info on the network... What the hell should I do now? Request a replacement device? |

Re: Internet not working? Possible Fixes!!
well after connecting to a different chat rep. This guy was actually helpful and gave me hex, AAA values but still didn't fix the data issue. We did a hard reset and replug back the MSID - then voila. Finally it is working again. Boy what a headache! They are nice enough to give credits thou.

Re: Internet not working? Possible Fixes!!
hibby50... if you tried the method on the first page and are having no luck, I found an alternate method that worked for me after having no luck with that method.. it is posted in this thread at post #100.. I'm not sure what page that is, but you should be able to find it. Maybe you give that one a go before flashing back to stock... Let me know if it helps!
