they told me they couldn't do that... she said it has to be a device issue although i think i know what did it:
As soon as i got my phone i didn't let the power vision set up and i went straight to my computer and did the hardSPL upgrade then flashed a rom... no matter what i did, even flashing back to stock, i couldn't get it to work...
so i told the woman at sprint i just never worked and maybe she could send out a "signal" or reset somethings and said she couldn't. She walked me through a few procedures and nothing worked. she'll replace my phone cuz its a device issue
