I had that problem after i first turned it on....i tried updating the profile but it wouldnt even open. So, i went to the connection settings and the data connection was turned off....simple answer but maybe check it out. I had just started using mine so it wasnt like i accidentally turned it off.

Or ##3282# gets you directly into the Data settings, or at least that is what I did...

can you edit the home agents in ##3282# ? (on other PPCs you cannot edit them)

Tech support told me to look at the settings menu for IOTA and thats what is in their manual, she was shocked when I told her that didn't exist lol. And Rainfreak added your solution to the first post.
