wow looks like ive just been getting all the bad reps reading from a script about 30 days. tried the tech support defective phone tab, since executive services ignored my email all day i sent at 8am
hopefully tech services can work it out since tech support was the dept who initially authorized my 800w needed to be swapped out. It sucks having all the correct notes and no one wants to simply process the order and return kit!!! thats the simple part |

I've had a mogul for exactly 9 days now, and its already messed up. I shot them an email talking about I want to be upgraded to the diamond, so I'll keep you all up to speed about what happens.

about 3 years.
but time really doesnt matter in this situation i ahve a defective out of the box device that sprint themselves needed to be swapped and they didnt have any, said now i can swap it for a diamond instead of another 800w, and now no one will process the order/return kit for me all the sudden. its like pulling teeth with them to honor their own notes they put on my account |

i would hope so even retentions said take it to a store and i tried to explain (1) thats not possible with my schedule; and (2) stores dont stock the diamond! Its like ok make life easy and send the phone and a return kit why hassle someone who has a legit swap needed. its like a dog chasing their own tail with them just going in circles never getting to a conclusion
i mean im never one to threaten to cancel (just not in my nature to use threats) but seriously if im going to get stuck with a bum $600 phone theyre going to run circles around getting me a working phone, then sprint can suck the u know whats, SERO or not. I even offered them screw the price difference that the 800 is worth more just send me a working Diamond and take this defective 800 back already its been sitting here in a box unusable for 3 weeks! thats what bugs me the most, not that i blame them, but people here email and say i hate my phone swap me and get it first try. when you have a good documented reason they try to screw you over it seems. i did email them theres an email into executive services (corporate office) as of 8am this morning, which was never answered and an email to tech support someone suggested that they were more "friendly." I have "nothin but time" ill keep emailing until the resolve the legit problem they caused here.

do this:go to sprint.com right now.log on,click "contact us",click email us,explain to them but KEEP YOUR COOL. someone should email you back in about 4 hrs.not trying to treat you like a newb,just giving you my battle plan.i can post my emails,i went thru the same thing in january.
