I have forwarded a request to order a new HTC TOUCH Diamond (PPC6950) diamond phone as of today. Also, I have forwarded the request to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) kit for the Mogul phone as of today, September 16, 2008. This will be delivered to your account mailing address with-in next 3-5 days.

Once you have received the RMA kit, please send your old phone back to us at the address written above it. Also, I suggest you to keep the tracking number of the Return phone, as it will be convenient for us to track the phone and apply the credit accordingly.
