Just called telesales and she "Jane" checked in the system and said "This phone will be available for order via telesales on the 14th of September"

I am just gonna wait this one out and hope it drops a little earlier. My Samsung Instinct is already on eBay and the bids are going up day by day .... As soon as this phone is gone I am going back to my Treo for a couple of weeks until this phone is officially in my hands...

LOL...So all those days/time you spent hoping and wishing that 1st tier reps would actually have more accurate information than other SPRINT documents that have been posted over and over stating the contrary information to your 9/2 reports...basically was a waste of time?

I admire your persistance, but at the same time...I think it'd be safe to say that you probably would've been better off just looking at people's "leaked" information that was officially posted from other Sprint employees that turned out to be more in the "know."

i was just told that the diamond wouldnt be out until NOVEMBER/DECEMBER..


i asked him a bunch of times if he was talking about the touch diamond and not the touch pro or anything else.
