Funny you should say that. After the training was done, my manager (who is a Very good one i might add), added on his 2 cent to the whole training and what he was taking from it. Basically, if Sprint was taking the time to close all stores down for this, then it was something that he was goning to make sure was not taken lightly. Well lets just say, hes help two people find their calling elsewhere since it wasn't with Sprint. He has a great respect for his employees, but when you mess with his Baby("The Store"), then all fun and games are done. Now dont get me wrong, hes not asking for each one of us to know every in and out to all phones, but you're right, when a customer can come in and blow everyone combined in the store away with knowing more about the devices then theres an issue. By day i'm a NetAdmin, so I do carry a lot of the WM technical load for my store, but I enjoy it and its always fun being the one that everyone turns to for answers, LOL! But I truly believe Sprint does want to be more for the consumer, its just getting the right people in place to achieve it.

And thats it for me from the soapbox before I get warned for thread jacking.

Here is an official Sprint Reference brief for y'all. Shows the dates of a bunch of stuff including the Diamond, Pro, and some new colors of Centros.

i talked to a sprint guy from my home town he said he didnt think they were getting this for till later this month like the 28th
i dunno if i should just get the diamond or waiting for the touch pro? the bigger rom and ram could help alot.
i guess since i have had an apache this long either would be a great upgrade but the 6700 has been rock solid.

i talked to a guy at a sprint corporate store and he said that it got pushed back until Sept. 14th

When I went into a store last week to ask about the Touch Diamond, the Diamond advocate intoduced himself, said "later in Sept"... Helpful enough guy.

Then I asked about the Touch Pro - he said didn't think they were going to carry that phone. Seemed like he didn't know what he was talking about. So I mentioned "I used to have a Mogul, miss the KB". He said "oh, we ARE going to get a new Mogul".
