not exactly my dude, employees dont get first dibs (instinct for example) and the diamond is speculated to have a 45 minute period b4 employees can purchase.

I work in a sprint retail store and i can tell you that sept. 2 in NOT a confirmed release date. The most recent playbook states Sept. 2nd but all of the managers and advocates know that the release date has been pushed back to a TBD date.

Actually he is right, we got the diamond advocate email today around 5:30 central time stating the exact facts he mentioned above, advocate phones will be sent out starting 9/2. I also got an email from my manger around 2 stating the approx date for this and other devices for advocates. if you'd like i can forward them to your sprint address just pm me.

Confirmed dates from S&D, 14th telesales launch, 28th everyone else. Advocates all got emailed on this, as well as SM's. Advocates get them next week more than likely.

Nice catch guys, by the way- What is with all the Samsung's getting released in a 2 month spread? The 220, 320, 540, 630, what else is coming we don't know of yet? Android? (ooooooh, i hope!)

I might just wait until the 21st to get the diamond, that way i could trade in for the Pro...pending there is no delay...if I wish.
