Diamond Release Speculation Thread

We've received all of the fact tags and display info so I would imagine it's close. Whether or not it's the 2nd is anybody's guess. The launch material under date says "tbd".

I keep hearing that phones usually release on Sunday, then I keep hearing that there are a couple of phones scheduled to release on Sept 2 (a Tuesday), but not the Diamond, and I don't know what the official release date of the Touch was, but I do remember getting a call from my local Sprint store as soon as they got their first shipment of Touch phones, and I know that wasn't a Sunday because I was at work when they called me.

I don't claim to have any inside knowledge and it very well could be released on a Sunday, just stating what came to mind.

yeah i am an advocate and my email stated that the advocates seed devices will be mailed out on sept 2nd. and as there is no release date but to epect it during the 2nd half of sept.

my contact has confirmed the launch date of the 21st but it can be ordered on the 14th through telesales. I got all of this info via text so if I can get a clear pic I will post it but it is still not an official release from sprint but he did say that he would text me as soon as he got a good firm date.

I can hardly wait for someone to open a new thread about the Diamond release date. Maybe if each of us closes our eyes, makes a wish, and starts a new Diamond release thread, then Santa will get together with the Tooth Fairy and we will all wake up in the morning with a Diamond under our pillow.
