To be perfectly honest I rarely use my mogul slide out keyboard......so now the question becomes is the add'l memory on the pro...plus microsd slot & keyboard worth the extra 4mm thickness.....decisions decisions.....guess I have a couple of months to decide

The Diamond is highly anticipated in the geek world. Most people couldn't care less about it. The people who want this phone already get most of the information themselves.

The reason they haven't told a release date is because they don't know yet. Anyone saying it's coming out on this day or that day is plain wrong. There is no set release date yet, for telesales or regular stores. Period.

ok whoop dee doo, who hasnt heard the rumor that the freakin diamond is coming out september 2nd.. its old news.. an to be honest, its not set in stone, cmon we ALL know how sprint can be- i jus say dont bother announcing dates and jus wait until you see it. if it comes then it comes

same thing with the new treo.... hardly any advertising or pushing about it but, here it is. I'm not worried about the lack of advertising, I just hope the diamond arrives soon, my 700wx is getting OLDDDDDDDDDDDDD.

The lady I talked to in Tele-sales is saying a launch sometime in October. Just got off the phone with her. Then she tried to get me to upgrade to the Mogul.

Who knows... but that die shrinkage seems to the big diffrence in 7500/7501A and it looks like the cpu used exclusively to handle phone functions in the Sprint phone gets double the speed. "274MH ARM926EJ-S companion processor' but its named the exact same name on the older Touch/VZW diamond model.

So this doesnt make any sense... is VZW sticking with the old 90mm sized die from the Touch? Why.... unless the cpu's are already made wouldnt it be just a bit more money to pump out extra cpu's made for teh same unit? This doesnt make sense.... im willing to bet things will be different from what the spec release states.

But im with you on the cube, i never use it either.
