The lady I talked to in Tele-sales is saying a launch sometime in October. Just got off the phone with her. Then she tried to get me to upgrade to the Mogul.

Ok, so... just got into work and the Planogram is going up. The HTC Diamond is going to be displayed on the floor as of today. We don't have a demo model or the pricing, but all the advertising materials are going out. So far though, no OFFICIAL launch date. However, common consensus is we get a huge shipment of phones Friday so it might be in there for a
September 2nd release. I'll keep you updated... keep your fingers crossed.

When you say it's going to be displayed does that mean the actual phone is or just some advertisements? and the huge shipment of phones on friday be for the sept 2nd release of all the other phones? have you guys put up planograms for the other phones coming out on sept 2nd and has anyone had training on those yet?
