Wow... that sucks. Nothing I can really suggest--you're smart enough to have tried everything I can think of... other than things that probably won't have any bearing like trying to boot with the AC plugged in, or making sure you've tried doing all of this in order: hard reset, put in bootloader, then flash all three Sprint ROMs (CE, Radio, extom). Try using both the original RUU and the Ma_upgrade_noid version. Try flashing only the CE ROM, or only the radio. Try someone else's custom ROM.

Heh, I guess it just depends on how many things you want to try--none of it stands a really good chance of saving you, but if you do all that and it still doesn't work you can reasonably bet that some component of your device got fried (maybe the RAM? RAM goes bad in PCs all the time, so there's no reason to think it couldn't on a PDA). It sounds like your flash mem is fine if the ROMs are going on OK (and you see the boot screen).

How long have you had this phone? If it's not been a year you always have the UTStarcom warranty as a last resort.

Edit: The battery is a possibility. The AC and battery are in series (i.e. phone will not work just on A/C--the battery must be in) so perhaps if the battery's shot maybe it's not passing enough current?). Again, a long shot. But if you have access to another battery it might be worth trying.
