Ok... On the text message issue, The error I was receiveing only happend for about 3 hours. Then I just stoped getting it and everything went back to normal. Maybe it just took my phone a while to adjust.

I think your right. I have used mine for both text and picture.. Downloaded the MMS and installed it.. works great all day..

I think it was a sprint issue not a problem with the phone or the rom.

GREAT job guys I love this rom better than any other!!!!!

Is the O2 theme installed from the customsetting.cab or is it embedded in the ROM?

Do you mean the O2 Today plugins? You can disable any of them by going to Settings\Today\Items.

I know they can be removed from sight. I was just wondering how hard it would be to uninstall them. But I can live with them.

Also I am having a small problem. My PPC keeps creating a folder called storage card. It creates 4 folders in it.
Cookies
History
Temporary Internet '
Mail attachments
The problem is it keep changing the name of my storage card to "storage card2".

I deleted the storage card folder and renamed my storage card again. But it keep going back and recreating the folder. After a half dozen time I gave up.

Any suggestion?

That is a well-known problem when setting the device to store the PIE cache and/or mail attachments to the storage card. There is really no known fix other than to always store that stuff on the device.

What happens is that your SD card periodically "disappears" and the OS can't find it. To avoid a bad situation where it needs to write to the cache/mail attachements but has no SD card to do it on, it creates that path in your main storage. But then once your PPC finds the SD card again and tries to mount it, it sees the identically named folder and thus to avoid conflicts must rename the SD card to a unique name--hence Storage Card2.

Many PPCs are having similar problems--it isn't just the 6700.
