have you experienced the latest update locking up? that is the reason that i had to remove the original... after a few hours, the phone would not respond without soft resetting.

Ya, it did all that and more, locking up, not booting up, loosing my EVDO, no modem. I will wait for the other one that you will post

New 3.5 roms on the ftp. They are for Sprint and Verizon. However, I believe that other carriers can use the Verizon editon as well. The Sprint version has the ExtRom built in. The Verizon one still needs the Verizon Extrom (ms.nbf). Thus, I think other carrier users should be fine.

Hi Colonel!
Installed your ROM. I've noticed a huge increase in performance over the previous builds. Ni more hangs, either!  The one thing I did notice is that the storage card issues have resurfaced. I checked, and SDmemory.dll is back, but it looks like it's now in the ROM so I can't delete it. Any suggestions?

What storage card issues? SDmemory.dll has always been there. The problem was that the Sprint extrom installed a second one.
