i understand how to change the theme and how to delete the icons but I want the colors just not the background??? I had to use Total Commander to delet the files. the built in windows one kept giving me an error.

which colors are you talking about? Everything on the today screen is from the .tsk (theme)

Okay, so you downloaded the rar file and it is on your PC right? Now you are using Winrar to unpack the file right? winrar askes you for a password and you enter "alpha"? then you get an error?

New 3.5 rom for Sprint going up BTW. It is the Sprintnk.nbf. You will need to rename it to just nk.nbf and replace the old one in the install folder from the last rom.
