Is your bluetooth radio on? If so, try turning it off while using Internet Sharing. I had the same problem and it was caused by the bluetooth radio somehow interfering. After I turned it off, it works fine now.

lock

i usually set a lock on my phone to prevent it from calling people since it does turn on when it switches from ev-do to 1x. last night my phone would keep freezing when i would try and hit unlock after entering a password. soft reset after soft reset didnt work. tried a battery pull and power discharge (holding down the power button). that didnt work finally a hard reset got it to work and no more lock for me anyone else experience this?

Some of you had mentioned that you had gotten the TCPMP to work. Can you all explain how?!!! I have read where you reinstall it over the top of the ROM version. But I did that and I still just get sound and no video. I've also read where you need the additional codecs. Tried that too!! This is driving me nuts. HELP!!!

This has been happening to a couple people, myself included. One of the solutions (i haven't tried this though) is to uncheck the HTC Home plugin for the today screen.

On another note, thanks to those that let me know how to add/remove shortcuts in the HTC Plugin. I was too afraid to click on the "X" and not be able to re-add following.

I ran into my first issue today, read through every page and not sure if anyone has experienced this. When I received a Picture Mail message today, I clicked the link but the picture didn't load? It did launch the webpage to Sprint but I wasn't able to click on anything or see the pic. Has anyone else run into this?

Also, battery life has significantly improved. I used to have to run my phone on the second-to-lowest brightness level and with moderate use, it would be down to about 30% after 8 hours. Now I can have it at third-from-highest brightness with moderate use and it might get down to 60%. Nice.

For those having odd issues with the phone going into vibrate mode all the time. Here's a solution that's worked for me and has basically been confirmed in prevous posts. Either 1. disable the htc home plugin. or 2. install the htc home customizer program and use it to remove the profiles tab. From what i've gathered and noticed on my phone is that it uses the calendar to see if your busy/free. During busy time it auto sets the phone to vibrate. If you wait long enough it'll go back. I found it annoying and just removed the tab.
