Storage Memory is NOT the same as ROM. (They both occupy different parts of the 128MB of Flash memory on the device.) The storage memory usage you read has absolutely nothing to do with how full your rom is. Storage memory Total is 39.59MB, and (with a few exceptions) this should be empty right after flashing. It will fill up as you add more programs and data to the phone.
Ok. So how do I make sure I am utilising my ROM fully? I am not sure if the Kitchen gives you this info.. thanks

Your's is a common and reasonable request in the threads. I remember Gguruusa was working on a rough rom-size meter for BuildOS, but it's just not there yet (as of the 11/17/07 release). So for the time being you'll know your rom is fully utilized when it works fine, but adding 1 more app. pushes you over the edge and causes one of the symptoms of an over-full rom.
I personally just put in what I know I need/want - I have no idea whether the result is 60%, 85%, or 99% full - it just doesn't matter.

Sometimes I wish I was the site Admin so I could make you go away. I have never seen you post anything useful. Since that is the case, how about you do us all a favor and stop posting. You obviously have nothing of any use to say.

I agree. I find this "dog" offensive. By my count, this is at least strike 3. Hey Ump, how about calling this guy out?

Another question I tried to search for and failed. With the voice command set to announce incoming calls via BT, my mp3 ring-tone plays through MY BT ear-piece and not on my phone speaker, is this normal?

Yes it is, and is unavoidable. The phone doesn't have the ability to send sound to two different places at the same time (much less send one sound one place and another sound somewhere else). So you can either have it all go to the headset or it all go to the speaker--there's no in between.

Some people set their phone to ring and vibrate so at least the phone will make some noise even when the sound goes to the headset... or get a headset you can easily turn off and on (like the Moto H700).

Is this why while I'm in a call, I hear ringtones, reminders and notifications through my BT headset?

Ditto here. famlydog has contributed nothing of use, and it's posts are offensive. I think it's time to put the "bad dog" down.

Oh please, please... Wait for just one more post before banning him. I've got an urgent question first:

Familydog: Are you on drugs, guy? Before you get banned, please tell us all what substances you're mixing, so that there will be a permanent record we can all refer to for what never to try under any circumstances.
