[HSPL-UNLOCKER] - - Rhodium W HardSPL

Okay so i have a issue with the unlocker. First time i unlocked was great but then had to take my phone back to sprint so obviously i relocked the phone. The phone was not replaced or anything, i took it in because of the SOD and they said it was just a software glitch or something like that.. But anyway now i can't get the phone unlocked anymore because it keeps giving me errors that I'm trying to unlock another phone when this is my phone it hasn't been replaced or anything.. Any advice is appreciated.. Thanks in advance.

I notice PayPal refers to it as a payment, not a donation.

Edit: Tried manual while in bootloader and it froze. Had to disconnect and remove the battery. Luckily the device wasn't hosed.

what's the problem? "still nothing" doesn't tell us anything.

Now Razor need ur thoughts, if I download it from a diff machine and network and start the process, will it work ? or the IMEI has already registered and will deny unless you pay more.

Surfer how did it work on your home network?

doesn't matter where you download it. just where you run it. and i dont know what ruu error you're talkin about, so i'm not sure what your problem is. when the unlocker tells you it has detected that you've unlocked before, that is when you hit the donate option and then it will allow the unlocker to continue.

thats odd, because the unlocker works an unlimited amount of times on the same phone, so not sure what went wrong there. Did you try the manual option, instead of automatic?

This appears to be the place to post for questions for unlocker support. I am fairly new TP2 owner as my TP died and I was able to get it swapped out for free a few weeks ago. I did my fair share of flashing with the TP and Wing however this TP2 has me stumped now.
Read the hardspl thread last night, downloaded a rom and the flasher and figured I would give it a shot. Was a bit disappointed to see you can no longer hardspl from the sd card but was able to move beyond that.
My first attempts to flash the automatic hardspl went no-where as I kept getting message you have already unlocked your phone please donate, etc. So I attempted the manual flashing and kept getting ERROR [246] : DEVICE NOT RESPONDING.
I do have ActiveSync working and sync so I attempted both Auto and Manual a few more times but each time got the same errors as above. So I tried booting into the bootloader and giving a manual flash ago, this went a bit further but the “loading bar” never progressed beyond 0% on the PC or the tp2.
So I preformed a soft-reset to reboot the phone, one loaded I shut it down and hard-reset to clear the phone and gave the above steps another try only to get the same results. I went over to my wife’s PC and again synced the phone with ActiveSync. Got the same two messages.
Before reading the entire HARDSPL thread I went ahead and donated to see if that would help but again immediately after donating, I was prompted with “You have already unlocked a phone etc please donate”
I tried two different cables, two different computers (both XP), one PC with no AV and the other with Norton (disabled), both PC with the firewalls disabled. What else could I be missing?
Any suggestions would be great as right now I have nothing on my phone and would prefer to have a fun new ROM to use.

ok well let the frustration commence....had to relock cuz verizon associates are a bunch of morons.....got phone back tried to unlock again... no go...made a donation for automatic unlock... lol seems i wasted my money cuz there was no instant result... i did however see at one point there is a file it recommended to download but got click happy and have never seen that particular prompt before and not its not the sspl-maunual it was something to do with activesync... anyone know the web address?

Yes i've tried the manual option but it never gets past 0% unfortunately.

Ridiculous in deed, The support page states they had a DB malfunction and to create a new ticket, but when I do, it tells me that I've reached the number of open tickets. Did they limit this to one??? My old ticket is still open since June 8th and still nothing.
