Now Razor need ur thoughts, if I download it from a diff machine and network and start the process, will it work ? or the IMEI has already registered and will deny unless you pay more.

doesn't matter where you download it. just where you run it. and i dont know what ruu error you're talkin about, so i'm not sure what your problem is. when the unlocker tells you it has detected that you've unlocked before, that is when you hit the donate option and then it will allow the unlocker to continue.

Got home, disabled AV and Firewall, and it unlocked in about 2 minutes. This thing is VERY network sensitive; thanks again Razor and good luck vjajrj.
