Firewall off, both software and hardware, anti-virus program disabled, payment made, compatibility mode enabled and disabled and still nothing.

Sent an e-mail and opened a ticket.

I notice PayPal refers to it as a payment, not a donation.

Edit: Tried manual while in bootloader and it froze. Had to disconnect and remove the battery. Luckily the device wasn't hosed.
