First off welcome to the thread and congrats on getting an NRG ROM installed on your phone, you just doubled the quality / life of the phone.

I wouldn't go as far as saying everyone here are pro's, but there is a lot of knowledgeable people here that either know the answer or will help you find it. I suggest you read the thread wiki to get an idea what has been tried, what works and if there is a workaround for that particular issue.

Be aware that it's pretty damn hard to mess your phone up, usually the worst that happens is that you would need to factory reset the phone and start over, so with that being said feel free to install cab files and try different things out and see what works and what doesn't, if you install something and it either doesn't work or breaks something else like another piece of software then all you have to do is go to remove programs and uninstall it and then try something else.

A little background information on issues that you are having helps people help you out, so when you post that you have an issue please list what version of the ROM and the date of the ROM and any software/cabs that are installed so we can narrow things down some, welcome to the thread.

Yeah I did this and even added in the step to flash back to stock. I ran the ROM without any cabs and noticed some of the issues I was having but I have been running this ROM for some time now after kozmo and comstar hooked me up with links to Energy.RHODCDMA.29005.Sense2.5.cookie1.85.Dec.13 and the sencity cookie 2.0 of the same flavor. Cookie 2.0 is still too buggy for me although I like the sencity theme and the cookie 1.85 was running kind of slow until I started OC with winmo speed. I know teradog dislikes it and I did used to use scripts and different cabs to achieve OC and may have to go back to that if the latest ROM doesn't fix some of the issues I was having.

Alright I take it most programs will work on any rom. So I will try to find some programs I like and give them a try. And any problems I will see if I can find some help here. I do know that inside this latest build of EnergyRom I bumped into a problem when opening up CHT Editor it says something about a .NET framework error. I do have the latest framework not sure if anyone else had this problem? Maybe a simple corrupt file I have?

Okay just to let someone know. I figured it out. I had to reflash the phone. Somehow it corrupted a file somehow not sure how but it did. I did a second flash of the rom and now it all works as suspected.

Anyone else had this problem?

I have TOMTOM running on the TP2 with Energy.RHODCDMA.28244.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Feb.12
I uses the TomTom 7.916.9189 BTfix.cab.
Works without any problems.

problems with the touch of glass. I didn't take screenshots to show but I will explain the best I can. Firstly after going around and checking settings of everything i noticed the icons in the settings and other places was doubleing and overlapping each other. Made it very very hard to select what I wanted or to even read.

Second which might not be a glitch just an annoyance is the fact that the tf3d tabs at the bottom was being overlapped by other pages. such as if i went to internet the favs buttons would overlap the bar at the bottom making me have to scroll all the way down just to see my flow bar again.

So i flashed back to the original energy rom. everything is back in order now though.

Maybe a cab you installed specifies another .NET version, not the cooked one. Anyway it is not a big problem...when you will see next time you could try also to uninstall the latest cab you installed, before hard reset.

Just curious, what is new in this version?

I am using the Energy.RHODCDMA.21916.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Feb.01 version and I am having issues. The biggest one is that the phone seems to constantly disconnect and give the "Cannot Connect: Dialed #777" message. Edit: I'm on Verizon, and I did run the carrier provisioning multiple times.

I didn't have this issue with other (much older) versions.
