all you have to do is download or make the ringtone that you want to use and then copy and paste it into the ringtone folder on the phone or if you are wanting it for a text message / alarm tone then copy and paste it into your windows folder, i found it easier to hook the phone up to the computer and then navigate the phone through activesync.

it's easy bro, hook the phone up to the computer, then double click on the "my computer" icon and then look for the phone/ mobile device icon and then double click that and then navigate the phone that way and put the ringtones and wallpapers on the phone that way, don't be afraid to look around the phone your not going to break anything, worse that can happen is you will have to hard reset the phone.

Wow since upgrading from mighty rom to energy I had nothing but constant lock ups, screen freezes, and lag. Phone also makes random calls wdf? alarm does not sound off when you have it set-up for a certain time. I woke up late because the alarm clock sounded a hour later smfh. Missed phone calls because the phone is locked cant even pick up the call.

What version are you using?
Did you restore stuff from your old rom?
If so, they are very different ROMs.

What version ROM are you using?
What method did you use to restore your contacts?
Did you just drop the PIM.VOL file, or use a backup program?

Trying to help, but I need much more information. The experience you had is not typical for this ROM, but switching from Mighty to NRG actually requires some thougth about what to restore and what apps are included vs. need to be installed. I switched back and forth many times over the years and had to have two different configs in terms of UC scripts and apps to install.

This baffles even me. I went from the latest MightyRom to the latest EnergyRom and haven't even had a hiccup yet which I expect but surprisingly nothing yet.

It usually depends on what you install /configure. The ROM is pretty tight out of the box - IMHO.
