I am running the Feb 5th Titanium with wimospeed at 748. Very nice...

One question: can the Windows default home screen be modified in any way??? I would like to change a few items in the list but not sure if it can be done.

I got this from Comstar (thanks mucho!) and it works very well. My previous ROM was Sept 18th. This one is much better, although I cannot comment on battery life as of yet. Only had it for a couple of days.

Since my phone is a worldphone & is supposed to be usable on both CDMA & GSM networks, how do I go about using this phone with GSM?

More specifically, this is a Sprint SIM unlocked phone; if I want to switch to T-Mobile, can I do that?

Great Rom. Love it. But my battery won't charge unless if its connected to the laptop. Any way to fix that? Sorry if this problem has already been addressed.

the sms widget will not refresh, i have done several searches and found nothing

even looked through the registry as i think this is where the problem is but i really am not sure...

what you have is a rhodium 500.i.e a cdma based phone able to use both networks i.e GSM and CDMA
But you cannot flash a GSM rom on it. You can BRIK it completely. Unless ya like having CDMA / GSM paperweights..LOL
I use my verizon CDMA in India primarily on a GSM network. Its as simple as changing the network to GSM only in PHone Options. and having a GSM simcard helps!!!!!

As far as the american networks are concerned maybe someone with more exp on those networks will be able to guide ya.

the TP2 is a world phone but it's sim locked so that your not supposed to be able to use it on a GSM network within the U.S., but if you research you can purchase something that sim unlocks you so that you can use it on a GSM network within the U.S., now overseas you can slap a sim card in it and shouldn't have an issue besides some settings, if i'm not mistaken the same place that you should have downloaded the unlocker is where you can purchase the sim unlocker, been a while since i have messed with that but check there.

check all of your settings as something that you installed might have messed with them, try another usb port, if it charges while on the wall charger but not on the computer i bet its either a setting or the usb port, also restart your computer.
