i haven't had this problem before it's just this rom <the 23149 from 1 Dec, sencity> that it's not auto updating, it's not a huge deal as we can still manually update it, just would be nice if i at least got a notification that it had/is going to expire is all, guess we could set-up a reminder that in one week it will expire and to auto update.

My best guess is that the phone is attempting to make a data connection during a call. It can't dial the #777, so it fires up the WiFi. This is also related to the Bluetooth hangup issue. The phone hasn't disconnected the voice call, but it tries to make a data call and get's confused. I added the delay back for the hangup, and it seems to have helped. (Perhaps that's why it's there on Verizon's ROM)

Very interesting info there. What do you mean added the delay back for the hangup? I'm going to task29 right now and flash the dec 5th rom and see if it fixes it. I haven't been able to solve the issue so I thought I might as well upgrade and see if it fixes it. If it doesn't, I haven't lost anything and I'll try to get it fixed on the upgraded rom.

I've never had a problem with US Cellular on my TP2. Whenever I flash a new rom I...

1. Task21
2. Flash Rom
3. Hard Reset
4. US Cellular provisioning
5. Go to connections screen, go to Advanced, go to select network, and change both options to USC.
6. Fill out of Google active sync settings.

After doing the above, I have my contacts, my email works, and I can use the internet just fine.

Just ran Task29 and flashed with the new dec 5th no cookie rom and it didn't fix the problem. Wi-Fi still turning on during every call

Try flashing stock then the Dec.5th rom and see if that helps

having a couple of issues:

1. getting error message about ArkswitchL.exe being unsigned and wont run. Have to manually start arkswitch from windows directory.
2. Settings - About - Software: doesnt seem to bring up the usual software page telling what version of manila is loaded, etc. It brings up the about hardeware page.

Recently flashed new updated vzw radio then then #1 started showing up.
#2 has been there since I flashed.

Am running Nov. 25th 23699 cht2.0 sencity.

Do you find the USCC provisioning does something? All it did for me was break the internet. Otherwise, MMS works without doing provisioning...so what else does it do?

I'm also finding that any apps that should update in the background, don't if the screen is off. For example, the weather tab does not update unless I force it to, even though it's checked to autoupdate. Maybe this is the QuickGPS problem also?

OK, I am far from an expert when it comes to setting up a good looking home screen, and whatever works for you... great. I don't mean any offense on this post - so please do not take it personally I am trying to help, as the screen shots you presented leave a lot to be desired.

Namely:

• There is no consistency with your taskbar and the rest of the theme - it just looks off.
• It appears you are using three different icon sets for your taskbar.
• sencity - for EV and Signal
• NRG's default taskbar for sound
• Your icon for battery
• Also, your black flipclock on a black background makes it hard to see.
• You have a shortcut to "Screen Off" and you also have your left softkey set to "Screen Off" - you do know the power button does this function, correct?
• None of your shortcut icons are consistently themed.
• And that background picture is really old.
• I really loathe Titanium, so I won't even comment on that one.

Go to here and look at all the hard work these guys put in, in making this device both functional and beautiful.
