I agree, I've never left SetCpuSpeed-1.0d!! Any more SOD's? Often you're just too OC'd also... all chip mojo is different!

So after going back to SetCpuSpeed-1.0d, my SOD's went away completely, so either the issue was resolved with the 10/25 ROMs, or it was related to OC'ing with Oct 1.5.

No its not just you, the thread has been really slow lately. Slow enough for me to just login once a day & be ok without alot of back reading lol Maybe thats a good thing, the ROM is so good nobody needs help (well almost nobody)

Hello all,

I just wanted to thank all of you, and especially NRGZ28 for a fantastic ROM and experience on my Touch Pro2. As of day, I am now yet another EVO user. I will admit that I was very reluctant to go this direction. I had the Touch Pro2 for a year and a month and I had the Touch Pro for over a year before that. I put Energy on the TP2 the day I got it. I didn't use the Sprint ROM for longer than a minute. It was awesome despite the bugs, lock ups, and other weird things. I learned a lot about XDA_UC and the pros and cons of WM6.5. I didn't post often here, but when I did, my questions were usually answered.

As for now having an EVO, I really like the 4.3" screen, 4G (it's available here), and the fast 1GHz CPU. I am not so keen on not having a slide out keyboard or Windows Mobile or Windows Phone 7. I will be searching high and low for a suitable replacement to sync with Outlook and hopefully OneNote. I'm also very skeptical about Android. It's still young although the large user-base for it makes for some good hacking and development.

I was tempted to hole out for a Windows Phone 7 device, but the line up announced so far didn't appeal to me too much. The 7 Pro looked like the successor to the TP2, but it doesn't have 4G, and there's not much different in terms of the design.

I've got a lot to learn about Android. Maybe I'll see some of you in those threads.

normally cht 2.0 is a bit slugish (even when overclocked), but using cht in this rom makes me feel like i have a 3ghz processor!!! Simply amazing!!! (running 11/3 6.5 sencity).

Edit: ug, now it's back to being slowish.....not sure what happened, i didn't install or modify anything. anybody else experience this?

o, and you ppl chould check out this start menu replacement, kinda like the original but with some iphone/android animation, + # of icons and icon size customization

Did the Irene Cara to 11/3 Cookie 2.0 Sencity 21683 - what a feeling!

Can't really notice anything different except for the fixes with the widgets on the home page

I have had 2 freezes in 12 hours though. If it freezes again, I'll just reflash - probably user error.

Side question: there used to be a post to move one's email / messages from the phone memory to SD - the one I searched for did not work. Anyone else have instructions on moving mail to SD when I am using exchange?

It appears to have saved me about 20-25 MB when running. Not as much, as quick menu, but enough to get me to keep it around for a while.

Oct 25 sense cookie 1.85 rom bug:

I noticed that in sense when I go to add favorite to contacts, the letter slider on the right pops up for a second and then disappears so that I can not easily go to a starting last initial.

This worked fine in MR2.
