To be clear before I hard reset:

You're able to press the hardware button on the top of the device that turns the screen off and when you press that button again it gives you a lock screen?

I ask because I've installed and uninstalled a bunch of things that could in theory interfere with this functionality, including the dusk toolbar and s2u2. Now I set the lockscreen settings in CHT editor and after a reset I press the screen off button, press it again and do not get a lock screen.

Is there any other setting I should be sure has the correct value before trying a hard reset?

You're welcome. I'll look for the post from NRC himself explaining this and add it here.

Just make sure you change the extension type to All Files. If you don't, you will end up with "filename.mscr.txt" Unfortunately, I have not been able to do the file copy with a mortscript so I can't say if your code will work or not. Let me know how it goes.

THANK YOU!! I usually don't use Internet Sharing but I forgot my datacard at home. I couldn't figure out what was wrong so I checked here and your post was on my First Unread page. Worked immediately!

So I set the latest version (June 22 - 21907 Dinik) to disable double flip in the CHT Editor, but it doesn't seem to work, had the same problem with the last version. Anyone else able to get this problem?

What is the difference between the two MaxSense Roms? I know that, in other ROMs, the 21xxx build has the Start Menu Button on the lop left and the 23xxx build has it on the bottom. MaxSense really doesn't utilize the start menu, but it is located on top left no matter what build is used. So, why have 2 MaxSense versions?

Actually MaxSense home is where it does not matter much (top/Bottom) but on applications, it still does.

I think in order for the lock screen to work you have to turn it on. So, you need to set "Enable CHT Lockscreen" to ON along with "Lock on Standby" to ON. Then when you single press to top hard key, your screen will sleep. When you press it again, you will be on the CHT lockscreen.

If you are trying to get it to work without using CHT...

Maybe try setting them both to OFF. Then go to Settings/System/Lock Config and make sure that it is set to lock on standby there.

I try it too.

If you use my method you get the lockscreen built into the rom rather than the cht lockscreen. It looks like this:
