actually from the last time i read his twit he said he was uploading new sense 2.1 and titanium rom...this was on the 1st.

Problem with Music Tab and Randomness:

This is a VERY minor problem, but has anyone else noticed that when you set your music tracks to be randomly played, the algorithm used to determine the random playlist isn't exactly random? It is kinda hard to describe, but those of you who have seen it know what I am talking about. Now, this is not an issue that is just on EnergyROMs...I noticed it on the stock Sprint ROM back when I used to use it. The randomness eventually evens out...you have to skip forward about a dozen tracks before the songs seem to be somehwhat random (and even then, has anyone noticed that the same group of songs always seem to come up first, even though said group is randomized among themselves?).

Anyway, any comments or thoughts? Like I said, this isn't huge, and I would feel bad if someone lost sleep trying to solve this issue...

I didn't say he quit making them ... Yet.

I even put a link to the new titanium roms he uploaded yesterday. I was just pointing out that the few users of titanium should get themselves ready for the fact that he might very well stop building them... NRGZ has been contemplating it for a while, as shown in the twitter post I had referenced.

One of my major pet peeves with this phone is the on screen camera button. Here is a link to an app that lets you use the volume buttons to take the picture... much easier.

I tested this on my TP2 and works great. You need to soft-reset after installing the cab. And you have to run the icon for the app to start the camera instead of the normal camera button.

Today is the first I've had the previous plague... coincidentally when I tried ppcgeeks.

My take? Sprint DNS servers do a partial block when tethering of ppcgeeks & hotfile. As soon as I go into my wifi lan ipsettings & change DNS to 4.2.2.2 instead of using auto, it works fine! Switch back & problems. (no host file issues or redirects, no proxies, etc..)
