Thank you very much I will reflash with the 23XXX from the 16th and see if that fixes it. I have flashed the 23XXX roms on previous dates and they seem to be much more buggy then the 21XXX but I really use the VVM alot and I really need it to work. Thanks again.

Okay I have a question, has anyone else had the ringer set on vibrate and you get one loud long continuous Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Most other ROM's got Buzzz.....Buzzz....Buzzz instead. I searched the thread and didn't see any posts regarding this extremely small quirk, any ideas?

This ROM looks great, but it crashed on me way too often...i had to uninstall it.

AND back to the poor battery life. Has anyone analyzed Mighty Rom's tweaks and how the settings differ from Energy's? (I did install all the tweaks suggested in the battery thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=113321)

as far as the vibration, you can always install valert and it will give you the buzz buzz buzzbuzz buzz....

Ok so I reflashed the 23XXX rom and I am still getting the sound through the speaker phone I have installed it on the device and the storage card and both came with the same results. I even thought that maybe the CAB I had was bad so I downloaded the one you posted and I am still having the same issue. I appreciate all of the help you have given me so far. I am going to flash back to stock and see if it is a device issue at this point. The only other rom I have ever used is Mighty and it worked then. Thanks again.

Just want to throw it out there, google voice easy sms 2.0 has just been released. It's free and works great if you use google voice sms at all.
