hmm... nrg rom has been doing some weird shit. i've been having people complain to me that they recieve blank text messages from me couple times during the day

gee... seems like some people should just wait & read to research what/how a new release will perform if they're so worried about battery life, SMS & all the other little gripes they know they'll have (because it's new) when they flash to the newest ROM available from anyone! NOT JUST a "NRGZ28" ROM...

On average it takes me several days to decide if I want to upgrade... that's why I'm still on the 16'th ROM... I haven't seen anything about the colored Settings Icons being added or being installable from "BRENT 372"... (my little gripe) But, have I been on here complaining about that? NO WAY!!!

Batt life on all of Energy's ROM's for me has NEVER been an issue, the Batt has always lasted 2-3 days with no added CAB's or tweaks to improve it!!!

I'm sure (as other's have stated many times) the Batt issue for most of you is the effect of certain Cab's you're installing.


But hey, it's always easy to blame someone who has no control over what you do! especially when that person has provided it totally FREE of charge with GOOD WILL.


Anyway NRGZ28, keep up the good work... because I'm waitin' for the April releases... (see, "brown nosing"... it must be BAD to praise someone instead of kickin' them?)

from homescreen select menu then home wallpaper and select animated wallpaper and choose your wallpaper of choice

this version killed my ability to call and *228 my phone. NORMALLY I love the energy releases and they've always worked well. had to switch back to an older version to make the phone work. tried mightyrom and older energy roms and no issues.. so somethin is up.

Happened to me once. Just a glitch in flashing; I flashed back to stock and then back to NRGZ28 and everything was fine. It can happen on any ROM at any time.

Menu > Add/Remove Quicklinks > Add Weather Animation Switch > Done
Then just tap the Quicklink weather icon that you added to turn it on and off.
