Two issues.. when I update my weather, its day time 11:09 AM and the title says clear but I have a moon on my screen rather than the sun. also my flip clock does not have the white background, it seems to be translucent. I am using the new march 25th build with the cookie tab and start menu on the bottom 23549 cookie. But my clock has always been translucent even on the max-m. Is there a fix.

Loaded up 23549 MM 3/25 - Whatever you did to change it, it worked! MMS working, my fav toolbar working great as well as my transparency mods in HTC Sense. AWESOME!!

had the bsb tools error, just reinstalled if from xda, but i'm having a situation here. If i reboot my TP2 in Sense instead of titanium, when i reboot, it just hangs. I have to reset 2 times after that and then its cool. Anyone else have this issue? It won't even get to saying "Loading HTC Sense...." Then sometimes it will just show the loading animation and it will stop and then I have to reset again. It's been happening the last 3 or 4 21xxx roms for me. Everything works great though, but to work around, I just run titanium.

The path in the shortcut is incorrect; navigate to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Tools and view the properties of the BsB shortcut; change the path to \Windows\Bsb Tweaks.exe

Has anyone noticed a gradual slowdown of the ROM, over time? I have been using the NRG 23xxx ROMs for the last few months, and am currently on the March 16th MaxManila version.

My experience with the ROM's have been good in general; I am not installing or tweaking too much after install. I have been doing the flash dance to install the ROM - Hard Reset, Install Verizon ROM, Hard Reset, Install NRG ROM, Hard Reset. The ROM starts off running great... however, in about 3 days, it becomes buggy and slow - programs never load, the memory stays at 90%, loading the browser crashes the phone, requiring a battery pull. Pulling up the dialer or the contacts takes 3 - 4 seconds to load.

I have an Exchange account, with 3 days worth of email and GMail downloading 3 days email. No favorites on the people tab, no quicklinks on the browser tab. Document/Footprints turned off on Sense 2.5. I keep animated wallpaper/weather wallpaper off.

Just curious about other people's experience. Am I doing the flash-dance wrong? Is there something in the ROM setup process that I am not taking advantage of? I am not super savvy with the flashing process, but I have read this forum back to front, and am not a total newb... however, I'd love to have some input from you guys as to your experience, and any advice on setting up a new ROM.

i deff noticed the slow down.. seems to also be because of all the added text messaged. i backed up my phone and deleted all my text and things speeded up. with the stock rom i could store over 4000 messages before the slow down. on these roms i get somewhere around 800-1000 before a slow down then start to delete them.. e-mail may be just like the text messages..
