how do i do this SD card flashing... works?
You can just flash like you normall do.

1. Extract the attached zip file to a new folder.
2. Extract the RHODIMG.nbh from the hotfile download to the same directory.
3. Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe.

All set...

Re: |R|6.5.5|ROM|WWE| ★ Energy "Leo" 23529/21891 |Feb 7| ★ Sense 2.5.2011 / MaxManil

I did that. I put the nbh file into the directory with the Rom update utility.

I was running it and it hung at 1% on the device.
On the computer, it said the process failed and had me proceed with recovery.

The recovery DID NOT work.

The device will turn on now and only show the multi colored update start screen. It will not flash back to a previous build, heck I tried running a stock Rom update. It hangs on the multi colored screen.

The update utility shows nothing for current version.
When the process starts, it opens the progress page, and hangs. Permanently. It causes NOTHING to happen on the device.

Does anyone have ideas. I need to get my phone back up and running.

I have a TP2.
I was running Energy's 4Feb 21891
I was trying to flash Energy's 7Feb 21891 Max Manilla.
Help...

1.Remove you memory card and insert into computer.
2.put the rhodimg.nbh file of flavor onto the base of memory card not in any folders.
3.pull battery and insert memory card, reinsert battery
4.hold the volume down button and press and hold the power button, should boot to multi color screen then press power to load.

Hope you can get it back forgot to look what carrier you have. You have a cdma phone right?! Good luck.

I'll try in just a minute, I've got to dig up my flash card adapter.

Ya, I'm CDMA, (on VZW).

Sounds like you have a 2GB or larger storage card or it is not formated FAT32.

I would eject the card. Plug in to your PC with the colored bars showing. You should see some text that says USB. Run the RomUpdateUtility.

hey do you guys know how to fix the damn problem where i CAN'T change the connection used to connect to the internet??

for some reason, i go to the connection settings > connections > select networks and then i select the Cricket connection, click ok, and go back to the previous menu, and the setting doesn't STICK!

it then again puts it back on the previous connection which is the My ISP connection... this is BS, what exactly is wrong with this??

The noob says: Thanks a million guys.
It worked by doing the flash from the card. I've always done them via USB, so that was a 1st.

And mike, thanks for that, I was about to load the nbh onto the card, but I formatted it FAT32. I appreciate the help gents.

I thought I had bricked the thing in the 1st week I have it. Pheeew.

If either of you guys around NYC? I'll buy ya a beer.
