I can still sync so I guess I'll live with the pop-up until I get my hands on a newer release than 14.0.4734 64-bit. Thanks for the reply!

Dunno if its true or not, I did have quite a bit more glitches and problems on mikes roms than i did NRG's but his were also beta. I've been using PIM without any problems lately and I like it more than myphone anyways.

NO DATA. It's the ENERGY SPRINT PROVISIONING that jacked up the data connection because it worked before applying it.

Sooooooo, here's what I did to get it working again:

Go to Start--Settings--Connections--Select Connections

Select Manage existing connections

select edit, then next, then next

under username put in your phone number

leave everything else empty

select finish

Data should start back up for you...

Good luck!

You will need to select "save password" and yes it does work.

Flashed 17th MaxManilla ROM. Hard reset twice. Done at 1:05. Added my Outlook account manually. Tried to add Hotmail account. Windows Live could not connect to the internet. Went to the settings tab. Pressed the Wireless controls. Pressed directly on the data connection switch. Brought me to the manage connections screen. Pressed OK. Opened wireless conrols. Pressed directly on the switch. brought me to the manage connections. Pressed manage existing connections to verify that the connection said #777. It did so I pressed OK. Pressed OK again to exit. Opened Wireless controls and pressed directly on the switch. Data connection turned on. Done at 1:15.

anyone else still having "sleep of death" issues? on both the mar.16 and now the mar.17 it's still happening to me- and so frustrating! I'm going back to the mar.5, which was the last build without SOD issues for me. Am I alone? thx

Would someone try this after a hard reset?

Go to Start--Settings--Connections--Select Connections

Select Manage existing connections

Select OK and exit out of it.

See if your data connection turns on.?

Data works fine after a hard reset...it's not until AFTER running the energy sprint provisioning that data gets fouled up!
