Yeah there was a post a few pages back with all update files, minus the one you downloaded. Extract them all into the same folder along with the file you downloaded and run as usual.

I am no Santod by no means.......but....... (told ya!! He beat me to it!)

Backup up your goodies, Hard reset, flash new ROM eith by USB or by SD like ya did to get on the one you are rollin with now, let it customize, hard reset, and you should be golden.

The way you do is just exactly like you don't install the "Disable HTC Message". The "smspatch.exe" was installed from "Disable HTC message". If you install it, the "ghost" notification will be occurred. If you don't install it, you can't send the text message. Therefore, you have to choose either one: you can send message, and you will have "ghost". You don't have "ghost", but you can't send message.
