You need to edit the timezone through settings.

LMAO you woulda laughed at me a couple months ago. I changed it everywhere but there and i was fuming lol. Posting I cant get my time zone right! lol

It wouldnt be such a bother if you didnt have to go thru hoops just to view a pick in sms and the limit keeps defaulting back to 300K limiting what you can send & receive on sms... mms i can get larger.

LOL I can see how that would be aggravating. Once I realized the timezone was wrong I knew there had to be somewhere to change it. I originally went through the phone settings which adds like 4 extra steps before I realized there was a clocks and alarms setting.

I dont know if you guys are doing this or not but if you change the registry settings you can increase the receive size permanently.

This is where I got it from...
Go to registry editor in tools>>tweaks.
HKLM/software/arcsoft/arcsoft mms ua/config/mm1/mmsc setting
Find the folder with your server name and change the wap1 and 2 recv size to 999999. You can also change the send size to 512000 if you want.

I think its possible he got it working without disabling htc however hes still using arcsoft to send mms. The problem with not disabling htc is that htc will still try to be the default app for you to send mms and since you cant send through htc its just in the way. Disabling is the much better way to go.

I got it narrowed down to 1 glitch pics in mms and still have sms send & receive pics accordingly. I miss that! If I get both working i'll post it.
