4. not sure what the Documents tab is, but when i go to it, all it says is "Loading Document Browser..." and shows 99999/99999 but never tries to show any documents.

#1.: I found the option for this in tools->Tweaks->HD Tweak. It was turned off by default.

Personally I think s2u2 was the main cause of all my random lockups etc but maybe there is something to say about rom "remnants" or maybe the prl update... I have not locked up once since doing this.

Wow, really? The Dec 31st ROM doesn't CRASH. That's funny, cuz I remember NRG HIMSELF asking on twitter just a few days ago if anybody else was having crashing problems with the Dec 31st ROM. But then again, I'm sure that you know more about these ROM's than he does. I don't use myphone, or PIM, and I know that S2U2 will occassionally cause my phone to hang. I didn't say Lock Up, and I didn't say Hang. I said CRASH. I didn't say that it would auto wipe back to stock (which is when you need to do the flash dance). Within 30 mins of loading the ROM, Sense Crashed and locked up 3 times without anything loaded. So I flashed to the 17th.

I'm running 21885. I don't like the beta builds with the taskbar at the bottom. Opera is the default browser - 9.7. I don't use IE at all on my phone. On every other ROM for over a year, all I had to do was select storage card and then the target folder from the dropdown menu. This dropdown menu is all fouled up with worthless folders that no one would download anything into and there is no "other" option when downloading a file.

I find that when I run the MMS fix (disable htc messaging, then run arcsoft) it does not show that I have read new messges sms or mms. If i get 1 new message it shows the number one on the tab bar, it i get another it stays ar 2 and so on, until i soft restart the phone. happen to anyone else, am I using the wrong fix to fix the mms?

btw i am running 28011 dec 31

The MMS Workaround from Elephant007 found here -

is probably the least amount of trouble. The other, disabling htc messaging and then installing Arcsoft is also effective but it leaves you with an unsolved unread message issue. Elephant007's workaround is the only one that I've found thus far that is fully functional.

Which ROM are you guys running??

I am running the Dec 17th Dusk ROM & it's totally awesome.

I don't think it's locked up once in the whole time I've been running it & I text & MMS all the time.

I switched from Juicys ROMs when I couldn't get my phone to ring consistently on incoming calls even though I went through 4 different versions of that ROM (including R7)

As soon as I switched to the Dusk ROM, all my problems/bugs etc disappeared immediately. I am VERY VERY happy with this setup.
