This isnt new lol... like I said i've been doing this since I had my mogul. Just add your yahoo account and the phone automatically sets up the server info.

yeah the weather animation is pretty slow, so i disabled it. for the calender hopefully nrg makes a fix soon

i have not disabled anything at all,i added the vzw valk. cab thats it, everything is case sensitive......... i dunno why it works for me without any issues and no 1 else

thanks again.. but, I have been successful send and receiving mms on two other roms without any fixes installed.. I can make it work with what you've described..but thats not what I'm after.. all I want to do is change the mms server info to get it to work.. It should on this rom because it works on others.. but I nor anyone else can tell me why it doesn't ..... thusfar that is..

ok i gotcha,but now you got me wondering,what did you do on other roms exactly?? im gonna hard reset and see if i can figure it out

Add the "?X-VZW-MDN=1234567890 " without the quotes to the end of that line. You may also want to check the port. it's defaulted at 8080 should only read 80.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I tried Phoenix 2, and it took me all of a minute to realize that I'm now too dependent on Sense 2.5. So, it's back to Dec 17th 28014 for me.

P.S. - My Documents tab was not working properly either. It worked fine before the ritual Hard Reset, but afterward, pressing the document would do nothing.

I also noticed the document tab has an image that pops outon the slider as you slide over it, none of the others do. If you slide the full width of the slider watching as each is selected you will see it. This is in all the ROMs with the document's tab I've seen so far.

Thanks.. I'm aware of the X-VZW..part.. Using that I can send mms, but when they come back to me, I don't have the attachment to the message I sent out..
I see it come in..but when I go to the messages tab/screen..all that has arrived is the text not the pic and the text.. Maybe I should ask if there is a registry entry that would prevent attachments from being received..
Again, if you receive attachments..indicated by the paperclip.. and have not installed any fixes/patches...other than the mms.vtext...etc.. you're a lucky one with this rom.. It just does not work for me..

thats the problem i had. Install the cab file listed above then go back and make sure server settings are correct.

I found I also needed to go to the registry and change
hklm\software\arcsoft\Wspheader\profile... make sure the server settings are set without the X- etc.
