now i'm confused. the mms hasn't worked 100% on any 2.5 rom. no matter who's it was.

so you're saying that with the Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging 1.2 cab installed and the arcsoft sprint cab installed (which sets the server settings), the mms doesn't work? please explain.

I agree with Ilogik about the "Hotfile" issue.
I'm using Sprint WiPipe and cannot open Hotfile website.

I am unable to launch Garmin on the latest 21885 - I recall seeing someone else having this problem??

I know... thats the thing. See I actually like htc messenger so I never disabled it.. all I would do is install arcsoft and when I wanted to do mms I would go into start -> internet -> messaging and there would be an option for sms/mms in there to do it the old way. On this new version.. its not in there anymore its just the email addresses you set up. Its like the old messaging version was removed altogether so I cant do mms at all.

I was too lazy to flash back last night but I will as soon as I get home as my umm...FRIEND..likes to send me mms messages and I cant get em.

I had the same issue with Juicy's latest R7, running the same(new) version of Sense. The only way I could run it(or install it for that matter) was to do it right after a reboot. Otherwise, I would eventually lose too much memory and not have enough to run it. The problem with Juicy's ROM is it seems like there is a memory leak. With Juicy, after a reboot, I would have about 52% memory used, after doing things for a couple hours, I would be using 65% and at that point I could no longer use Garmin XT. I could not gett he memory back even with CleanRAM.

So far with NRG, I do see a bit of a leak but to lesser scale because NRG'S ROM starts higher. After a reboot with NRG's ROM, I am at 60% and eventually creep up to 65% used. The difference is with NRG's ROM I am still able to run Garmin at about 65%.

I'm guessing either MaxManila 2.7 and/or the new version of Sense may have a memory leak.

I discovered in Juicy's forum that the Garmin not launching issue is caused by insufficient memory (although the RAM % does not look much different from the previous ROMs) - there is some problem either with this latest Manila and/or MaxManila - could someone pass this info to Energy please.

This issue had not come up with any of the previous ROMs even at 70%+ RAM usage ... here I can't launch even after reboot, while still only at 58% free!!

i've got mms working. the problem i see now is that on the maxmanila rom, the first screen won't slide to get the second screen with all the settings. which sucks.

I think it might have something to do with 7 bars vs. 5 bars?

EDIT: Even tried the fix on #8 of MightyMike's thread but it didn't work
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...73&postcount=1
Found out how to get rid of that ugly 'No SIM' or missing signal strength icon on TELUS phones... install this CAB from MightyMike in his MightyROM thread:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...8&d=1259283420

It changes the icon to a stock signal strength icon... now if anyone can post a CAB that changes this icon to the proper colored version, that would be much appreciated!!!!

Re: |R|6.5.3|WWE| ★ EnergyROM "Leo" 28014/21885 |Dec 17| ★ Sense 2.5/ MaxManila/ Dusk

I have been trying to pair my phone with my bluetooth car stereo and have never had a problem till now. With the newest 28011_25.Dec.2009_StandardM2.5.rar i get an error saying I need to unlock my phone first. Anyone else seeing this? It's driving me nuts.
I have to get it working as the new handsfree law comes into effect on the 1st...
