I reflashed, and myh top bar now works. But I have a couple other issues. One is my battery is draining at least 4 times faster than the last NRG Rom I tried. The other is that my phone locks up if I try to assign a ring tone to a specific contact using Manilla. I can assign ring tones via Windows without a problem.

Anyone else experiencing these problems?

Now for something completely different: my SMS messages are sitting in my outbox. Yep, that's right; they're just sitting there, hanging out. I can't get them to go anywhere when I want them to, but after awhile I'll check and they'll be gone (sent). Is anyone else having this problem? Particularly a certain individual that installed the Dusk theme and taskbar who noted that the taskbar messed up messaging?

It can happen. I don't think Max Manila caused it. I installed it and unstalled it today no problem.

You migt try putting it in a card reader and try to reformat it.

Thanks... the card for whatever reason has decided to call it a day. i tried it in another phone and it cant be read. Stupid me should have tried that step before re-flashing, atleast i would have kept my contacts and other installed files on the phone....

Try reformatting before you completely give up on the card. It has happened to me in the past... It just cant be helped sometimes.

Try that out and see if it helps. Let Windows format it on your home computer, checking for bad sectors and fixing everything.

This is why I weekly back up my SD card.

same thing happened to my 8GB card. just randomly ddnt work anymore on any card reader. i just ordered a new one on ebay for $15. lost like 500 songs and lots of other data though ...i wonder if its the rom...

how can i reformat it if my computer will not recognize it? is there a specific program that you know of?
