I had the corrupt file problem as well. Downloaded a few times. Then the last one worked! Retrospectively, the downloads that got corrupt were the ones where the computer went to sleep mode in the middle of the download process. The download was resumed, I guess, when I hit the mouse to wake the computer.

The download that worked didn't get to see the sleep mode.

I tried 2 times and my pc did not go into sleep mode but my file was still corrupt. What browser did you download with?

How do I enable the "X" button to actually close the application instead of minimize it? There is no option in Start - Settings - Task Manager like before.

2x for me with no luck. Tried Safari and IE. Don't think it is a browser issue.
