Sounds of hardware issues.

To rule out bad flash, flash to stock ROM and test.

If on stock rom your problems do not come up, then maybe a cab you installed possibly doing this but I have not heard of a cab messing with the caps and function keys like that.

Also, if on Verizon, make sure you install the VZW Keyboard cab as Nrgz roms are cooked with Sprint Keyboard mapping and typing will be messed up some with the Sprint keyboard mapping on a verizon TP2 (but I don't think in this manner).

I usually use the 29020.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0 energy versions and I have had one problem. When I connect wired headphones with a mic, it doesn't recognize the mic. I can use the headphones to listen to music, to listen to calls, the mic just never works and the headset icon doesnt show, only the headphones icon.

I used the headphones before I flashed off stock ROM and they were recognized as a mic with the little headset icon on the screen.. I've used them on other phones and an iPad. But I cannot find any settings or any way to get them as a headset and not just headphones.

They are Monster Turbines with Mic control if that matters.

Having issues getting to Favorites with Titanium rom Jun 5th.

Using Iphone Today v1.5.4 if that helps.

I can load Opera just fine and can nav to the sites just fine.

Can even create a icon w parameters and get to the sites just fine.

But once in Opera and clicking on the Star icon, I get nothing. No favorite screen comes up.

Also just tried the Fn + star button on keyboard and did not work either.

Anyone else seeing this?

I've actually had a problem with it over the last 3 months...

ok i could really use some help here. I have tried many versions of Energy and for some reason it doesn't connect to my Airave at home unless i actually make an outgoing call. so if i put the phone down on the desk it shows as having no service and drains battery and misses incoming calls. If i go to dial out...boom...service shows full and its good to go. I did not have this issue with BigMaxSense Mighty Rom. Any help is appreciated.

Did you Task29 before switching from Mighty to NRG?
If not, do a Task29, then reflash the NRG rom of your choice.

Running 29020 Since June 5th Maxsense Energy.... love it been running smooth and strong for 10 days now... no issues... music sense tab when rotated seems to lag juss for a split second but all is fine...Overclocked to 729 alwayz, ifinger n winmospeed cabs. THX everyone who made this rom possible! been running energy roms now for over a year or so.... been ruff start but once you learn to task 29 everytime , and set it up to install the radio you want... the flash works everytime, no issues.

I finally got mms fully working on sprint tp2 running at&t. All info is at very bottom of this post I just had to share it here in case others were wondering hot to get it working.

On a side note i actually prefer using the sense messaging app compared to the standard windows mobile one.

OMG just flashed june 5 titanium around the 10th and used opera for first time today and couldnt save or load any bookmarks.... always check that the zoom works first, very impressive. Then read your post dog and know i wasnt going crazy. thanks. using ucweb browser almost 95 percent for speed.

I tried to leave this comment on the vote page but at the bottom it asked if i was human and to type letters on the image? using opera 11 on pc so i wasnt able to leave a comment.
