I just did it again, works fine,
1. Use a different browser (ff, ie, chrome..)
2. allow java, pop ups, (all on browser)
3. disable firewall,
4. antivirus

Use your TP2 Opera, & DL

It works, your end

*edit*.. lol, check your DL directory, it's so small the DL is instant, it's probably on your machine already! lol

Google JDDownloader. I use it all the time and it seems to let it DL faster.

Once its up and running click on "LinkGrabber" go over to the hotfile rom page right click then copy shortcut and BAM there it is. Just hit the download button!

23148 seems to be the best yet. I am using cookie 2.0. Stable, fast, and good on battery.

I customize a bunch, so did not even notice the few issues mentioned above.

I did take the SD card as well as the sim card out before flashing (yeah I use a sim card...I'm actually not from the US).

Anyway...thanks to you both.
Guess I'll try flashing with some other ROM again tomorrow...

One more suggestion--might seem obvious, but you might check to make sure you didn't accidently download a GSM version of the ROM. The situation you describe is similar to that which could happen if you installed the wrong ROM version. The links from this thread (second post and on I think) have the links directly from NRG for the CDMA versions. Just a thought.
