Hi Maan76

I was wondering if you could post your configuration changes using memmaid/sktools. I've been having a heck of a time trying battery tweaks, and the only thing I can pinpoint is that my services.exe runs at a constant 3-5%. (I've done the hypnotic cab, did the other tweaks as mentioned in http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=113321 ). Still get average drain of 140.... I have push mail disabled, internet disconnecting after 1 minute of inactivity, email polling at 15 minute intervals, CDMA mode only... Running latest 23xxx + cookie.

Would really appreciate your help!
Eddie

I posted this about 8 or 9 pages back, All you need to do is turn off your data connection before you tether; I set one of the quicklinks on CHT as Disconnect Data (found under Miscellaneous) for this very reason. hope this helps

Ive been using another chefs rom for about 4 months. On my original Touch Pro i always used NRGZ roms but when i got my T.Pro2 back in early december everyone who had their Touch Pro 2s flashed for use with the Cricket Mobile Network couldnt get the Data settings to hold on the T.Pro2. Which is kind of strange because every other rom on PPCGeeks has a functioning data connection on my T.Pro2. I was just wondering if anyone on Cricket is now using NRGZ rom with functioning data. Ill probly just flash NRGZ latest WM6.5.X CHT rom and try myself but i was just wondering if anyone else might know. Thanks for any info

Somebody posted the reg edit to switch back to the default windows lockscreen instead of the current one. I've read all the way back to page 2200 with no luck. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

Hey guys any help on this one? When I try to use Internet Sharing the connect button is always grayed out and I am unable to select connect? I just downloaded WMWIFI and the option to us 3G/USB is working fine. I would rather just use the native PAM/Internet Sharing any suggestions? I already was sure to disconnect data ahead of launching I.S.

TIA.. 8.7. Dinik Cookie 23XX

I'm really surprised noone else is having any memory leak issues.
Ever since early July NRG ROMs, my unit goes to 90% memory usage fairly quickly, without anything being installed.
Also, I don't think the argument of Windows clearing caches when memory is low is really the case for me, or it is buggy, as it seems to kill my applications (IE, Opera 9.7, etc) when memory gets up there, rather than clear caches. I've also used SKTools freeRAM, but it only gives 4-5MB and within minutes, it is used up.
Also, when all apps are killed, when memory gets up there, it remains at 85% to 90%, and never gets down to the low 60% which is the startup memory.

I pretty much use my CDMA TP2, with both 21xxx and 23xxx ROMS, to browse the net, and the tweeter HTC tab, weather HTC tab, and within a couple of hours, the memory gets to 90%, at which point apps start getting killed.
It also happens in GSM mode.

Anyone else with issues of this caliber?

Are you using the cabs that are supposed to help with this issue?
Mine has sat for about 4 hours since a reset and i'm at about 69%.

Check em out!

Take a look at the cabs below...
